Stylish Restaurant and Kitchen Design and Sales for the Vincent Hotel
The Vincent Hotel in Southport provides sophisticated and elegant accommodation on Lord Street, Southport’s own boutique version of Victorian Paris. The Vincent Hotel approached Caterware to design, and install a state-of-the art kitchen for their banqueting needs, display cabinets and countertops for the V-Deli and supply all their crockery, glassware and other bespoke servery items.
Because the Vincent expected its restaurant to exude the same minimalist elegance as its hotel and its food to be synonymous with quality and luxury, we recommended the top-of-the-range Angelo Po Omega prime cooking equipment for the kitchen. We also installed an Angelo Po Combistar oven which is the height of technology and quality when it comes to producing perfect meals for large numbers of guests for a wedding, conference or other function.
The unique V-deli serves breakfast and lunch deli-style during the day to hotel guests and visitors alike. They also operate a take-away service used by local offices and people on the go. We created a design that would give the V-deli real authenticity. Caterware installed glass-fronted refrigerated counters with granite worktops that enable the V-deli to build mouth-watering displays of sandwiches, salads and side dishes which reflect the stylishness of both the restaurant and the hotel.
In the evening the V-deli becomes a top-tier brasserie serving the best in modern British cuisine. To showcase their food in the most stunning fashion, Caterware helped the Vincent choose top of the range dishes, glassware and special touches for their presentation from stainless steel wire baskets to make a centrepiece of the humble chip to silver caviar dishes to provide a real sensation of luxury. We even provided bespoke plates, serving dishes and cappuccino cups monogrammed with the stylish Vincent Hotel logo.
