We can also offer one-off repairs if a product you bought from another supplier breaks down. We understand that good catering equipment is an investment and it is our goal to keep your kitchen running at maximum efficiency so that the quality of your food and the service you provide never suffers. The Caterware Service Department is dedicated to providing a fast, efficient and professional service to all our customers.
All our Engineers are assessed on a regular basis. This assessment covers the following areas: Gas, Electricity, Water, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Microwaves.
All our engineers are provided with a full uniform and identification, to enable the customer to recognise Caterware employees. A fully comprehensive tool kit is provided including all the latest test equipment, to ensure that all tasks are completed as quickly as possible, thus minimising down time.
Engineers are equipped with mobile telephones and hands-free kits to enable constant communication with the service co-ordinator at all times, for fast processing of calls for spares or technical information. All vehicles carry a comprehensive stock of spare parts, which is tailored to meet customer requirements, based on past call history and stock analysis.
