Because different sized kitchens have different storage requirements, we carry a variety of shapes and sizes of commercial refrigerators and commercial freezers including under-counter and upright models as well as cold rooms, chest freezers and worktables with built in fridges or freezers. We even offer flat pack heavy duty chillers and freezers which will fit through any door or any staircase and can be assembled where they will be used.

HAACP regulations require every catering facility to take accurate readings of the temperature of their refrigeration equipment twice daily to ensure the safety of the food being served and they also require that food that is pre-prepared be chilled from 70°C to 3°C or below within 90 minutes. For this reason we carry Gram stainless steel blast chillers in three sizes from smaller, under counter models to a large model that comes with a rolling trolley. Use the special temperature gauge to monitor the temperature at the centre of the dish to ensure that hygiene is maintained.
