Farington Lodge Hotel, a grand Grade II listed Georgian Country House, lies in the heart of Lancashire shrouded in three acres of mature trees and lawns. As an existing satisfied customer Paul Cowland, General Manager, approached Caterware to understand how best to maximise the potential of their ever-growing catering operation.

Boasting five conference and meeting rooms, corporate entertainment and special events such as weddings play an integral role in the hotels offering. With the opening of the stunning new Jubilee Suite, hosting up to 250 guests, it was crucial for the kitchen to be able to cope with the increased demand created by the new banqueting facilities. Paul Cowland comments, “Farington Lodge is renowned for its grandeur and quality dining so we are very conscious to grow whilst retaining our food quality levels.
