Caterware Triumph With CEDA Award for Carluccio's Restaurant Project
Blackpool based commercial catering equipment supplier, installer and kitchen design specialists Caterware have triumphed in this year's CEDA awards. The awards, which recognise the achievements of members of CEDA (the Catering Equipment Distributors Association) were held in Dumblane, Scotland as part of the association's annual conference.
Caterware won one of the association's most prestigious awards –winner of the restaurant category – for their work on Carluccio's Restaurant in London.
"This project, which involved the complete design and installation of a multifunctional kitchen at the restaurant chain's flagship restaurant, is a perfect example of the complete Caterware package", commented Mark Drazen, Managing Director of Caterware.
"We were able to provide the ideal solution for Carluccio's, which included a development area for the chefs to develop new dishes, as well as a stunning but robust kitchen for everyday restaurant service. We are delighted that our hard work on this project has been recognised by CEDA".
