The CombiStar range is designed to automate much of the cooking process so that you use 16% less time monitoring food as it cooks.
One of the unique features of the CombiStar ovens is the ability to programme the oven to such specific cooking requirements that the oven will automatically adjust to the weight of the food in the oven and to the humidity in order to produce consistent results. The largest model can cook 150 delectable chickens in 35 minutes.
